Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Information Technology to lead our IT department. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of our organization's information technology systems and resources.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to support the company's overall objectives
- Manage IT staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure the security of the organization's information systems and data
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure
- Lead the development and implementation of software applications and systems
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs
- Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

- Strong background in information security practices
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems
- Experience with cloud computing platforms
- Familiarity with NIST standards for cybersecurity
- Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
- Understanding of data warehouse technologies
- Proficient in DNS management and configuration
- Experience working with APIs for system integration
- Familiarity with React framework for web development
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
